Rigzone: Acteon merger strenthgens subsea services

Acteon Group has several companies with expertise in the well and conductor systems market and has for some time considered how they could work more harmoniously to offer a broader range of products and services.

To accommodate this broadening range, Acteon has made some positive changes to strengthen their market position.

The template, tie-back engineering, centralizer and camera business has been merged with Great Yarmouth based Claxton Engineering Services Ltd, another Acteon company and will now trade as UWG, a division of Claxton.

This organizational move combines a range of complementary products and creates a truly integrated conductor systems knowledge base.
